Meet Helen

Helen Vodyanytska is the newest member of the Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team, joining us as an Associate Mortgage Broker! Helen has been working as a broker since 2020, but she has several years of previous experience working in the banking and financial sector, as well as fifteen years of experience working in client-facing roles. The journey of buying her own home sparked her interest in the mortgage industry, and we’re thrilled to now have her on our team!

Helen’s role with the team

Helen will be using her position as an Associate Mortgage Broker to give clients financial advice and information on the mortgage process, and she will facilitate mortgages between clients and lenders. She believes the best part about working in the mortgage industry is guiding clients towards financial success and homeownership.

“I love helping clients consolidate debt and fix their financial issues,” Helen says. “I also enjoy difficult situations and aiding clients in achieving their goals even if they are not qualified for a standard mortgage.”

“Welcoming Helen to our team is really exciting,” Clinton says. “Her experience with the finance industry and client-facing roles goes back years, long before she was a broker. We look forward to her work here and giving her space to grow her client base!”

What does the future look like?

Helen looks forward to sharing her experience with clients, and going beyond the mortgage process in her work.

“Brokers not only help clients with what is usually the largest and scariest purchase in their life, but we also help people fix their financial situation, and acquire financial wealth,” Helen says. We can’t wait to see her in action!
