Meet Alex Lavender

My name is Alex Lavender, and I’m a mortgage broker here at Centum Home Lenders. I grew up in a small town of 700 people and I really like to take that community feel and bring it here into the city.

My process

For me, it’s really about understanding my clients needs and just their exact, you know, profile of what they’re looking to do. So, when I sit down with clients I like to ask them a bunch of questions. Looking into the future and where they want to be and what they want to do. The lowest rate is not always the best product for the client.

My focus

I focus on alternative financing and finding solutions for clients that may not be approved, that way I can ensure that they get the best product possible for their exact needs.
