Halifax, NS — Following the closure of 95.7 NewsRadio Halifax, the Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team is sharing an update with listeners of its locally aired show.

The station went off the air on July 7, 2026, as part of Rogers Sports & Media’s decision to shut down news radio stations outside Toronto. 95.7 NewsRadio Halifax had been a familiar local voice for news, weather, traffic, talk, and community programming in the Halifax market.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to have shared our show through a respected local radio platform,” said Clinton Wilkins. “While it is disappointing to see 95.7 NewsRadio Halifax leave the airwaves, we appreciate the role the station played in connecting people across our community.”

The Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team confirms that the next episode of the show will still be released as planned. Future plans for the series are currently being reviewed.
