Meet Randy,
Randy Graham brings over 26 years of experience as a paramedic, where he built a career centered on leadership, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. Throughout his time with Emergency Health Services (EHS), Randy served in supervisory and operations management roles, helping develop and implement procedures and processes that improved operations for both frontline paramedics and the support teams he managed. His commitment to continuous improvement has always been driven by a simple philosophy: learn something new every day.
Behind the scenes, Randy has spent years supporting his wife, Leanne Myles, gaining extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to get mortgage files across the finish line. He has combined his operational expertise with a process-focused approach, applying the same organizational skills and attention to detail that made him successful in healthcare to every mortgage transaction.
As Randy often says, “There’s no life or death in a mortgage file.” That perspective allows him to approach each file with confidence, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset. His goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience for clients by ensuring every detail is handled and every challenge is met with determination. To Randy, very little is impossible when it comes to finding a path forward.
