Meet Cat

Cat Fogarty is our newest TeamClinton member, joining us as a Mortgage Broker! Cat has extensive experience in the financial and mortgage industry. She has been a broker since 2005, and spent the decade before that working as a stock trader and private investor. With a career spent in finance, we’re thrilled to have Cat on our team!

Cat’s role with the team

As a Mortgage Broker, Cat will be working directly with clients to ensure they get the best products and rates for their needs. Her favourite part about her role is the ability to help clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.

“I take pride in being able to accomplish more for my clients than they can sometimes realize when dealing with one bank,” Cat says. 

Clinton’s thoughts 

“We’re super excited to have Cat come onboard here at TeamClinton,” Clinton says. “With an entire career in finance, her education and skills are hugely valuable and we look forward to seeing what she’ll bring to the table!”

What does the future look like?

Cat is excited to join a team with an incredible sense of support, which she believes will be valuable both to herself and her clients. Cat also emphasizes the positive impact a dedicated broker can have on the client experience.

“I often tell them (clients), if the answer is ‘No’ (eligibility for financing), ‘No’  means ‘Not Right Now.’  It does not mean ‘Never,’” Cat says. “Work with me, follow my guidance, and we will get you there together. I am always so very proud when clients do what I have directed, follow the plan, and get positive results.”
